Pricing is based on the number of shipments you track, not on API calls. A shipment can be identified by a container number, Bill of Lading (B/L), or booking number. API access is included in all plans at no extra cost. You can make unlimited requests and updates without additional charges.

Yes, shipments can be tracked using a Bill of Lading (BL) number through API integration. However, automatic identification and data retrieval are available for container numbers only. Bill of Lading (BL) numbers and bookings are not supported for automatic identification. Each tracking counts as one unit, whether it is a container, booking, or Bill of Lading (BL).
